NAME
     VFS_START -- make a filesystem operational

SYNOPSIS

     VFS_START(struct mount *mp, int flags);

DESCRIPTION
     This is called after VFS_MOUNT(9) and before the first access to the
     filesystem.  Its arguments are:

     mp     The filesystem.
