If no file name is given and the --program option is not used,
both these names are tried and the first one found is used. This
option can't be used together with the --program option.

Print data in a loop every TIME seconds. Default is no looping.
If no TIME is given, one second is used.

corresponding .state in /var/run/popular is read. This option
can't be used together with the --file option.
-r RANGE, --range RANGE
Print only the range of slots. RANGE can be one of 'n-m', 'n-',
or '-m'.
